Pravosudov Sergey Alexandrovich was born in 1975 in Nizhny Lomov, Penza region.

1997 — graduated with honors from historical faculty of Penza State Pedagogical University.

1997 — entered post-graduate course of the State University of Management.

1998 — lecturer of the State University of Management.

1999- 2000 — commentator of The Independent Newspaper.

2001-2003 — commentator of The Russian Focus magazine.

2001 — defended a thesis on subject «The Questions of Local Governing in the Works of the Members of the Unrestricted Economic Society».

2001 — up to present – the Vice-President of the Public & Municipal Administration Specialists Association.

2002-2003 — consultant on heat-and-power engineering complex questions of Center for Current Politics of Russia.

2003 – consultant of central headquarters of electoral organization Motherland.

2004 — up to present — Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the corporate magazine Gazprom.

2006 — up to present – the Director of the National Energy Institute
